[6.6][Intel] Backport PMU core event bugfixes for x86/intel platforms · Pull Request !13236 · anolis/cloud-kernel

# Description
Upstream merged some PMU core bugfixes for x86/intel platforms in v7.3-rc1. This is to backport these commits from upstream.

# Backport Note
The upstream commit:

04782e63917d perf/core: Hoist perf_instruction_pointer() and perf_misc_flags()
```
causes Anolis arm64 CICD failure, because it doesn't change all perf_misc_flags to perf_arch_misc_flags in arch/arm64/include/asm/perf_event.h. So we fix it in the backported commit to pass CICD. The changed line will eventually be removed in later commit, so it is safe to fix it here.

Meanwhile, in the same backport commit, we also added code changes for riscv and sw_64 arch, otherwise the CICD will also fail on these two arch.

- LKVS PMU test on GNR platform
- LKVS PMU test on DMR platform
- Bugfix test on DMR platform
    - AnyThread sysfs visibility agrees with CPUID
    - RDPMC user disable test
    - User only branch stack test to confirm it doesn't contain kernel address
    - Kernel callchain access permission test
    - Skid sample test to confirm it doesn't contain kernel state
